The King’s Cross Fitness Trail

Martin Whitelock of MW5 fitness has created a free fitness trail which repurposes King’s Cross as a handy open air gym.

With inspiring architecture as a backdrop and car-free places to run, the space is an ideal spot for exercising, and Martin’s easy to follow, 8-part routine will get your heart pumping and your body toned, no equipment required.

The session is led by Martin Whitelock. His tough but sensible training approach is not your typical military-style BootCamp.
