The magic of Sons + Daughters lies in the unexpected but utterly genius ingredients that take the sandwiches to the next level.
The prawn sandwich has prawn crackers for that all-important crunch, the egg salad is lifted with truffle crisps and miso mayo, and the chicken sandwich is anything but boring with soy-cured parmesan, pickled cucumber, miso mayo and wasabi cress.
There are also a host of sides and snacks, and soft-serve ice cream – ask for the flavour of the week. To drink, you are spoilt for choice with soft drinks, healthy juices, milkshakes, beer, wine and cocktails all available.

In a hurry? Head to the Sons + Daughters GO van that sits on the shop’s roof for sandwiches and coffee to take away. The roof also doubles up as a great terrace, with plenty of seating and cracking views, best enjoyed with a cold sundowner beer and a mouthwatering sandwich.
Sustainability
Sons + Daughters have two free water taps at the front of their shop where you can help yourself to water and fill up your bottle. The water is provided by Belu, and is chilled and filtered, with both still and sparkling available. The store also sells keep cups and offers money off coffee for anyone who brings in their own cup.
In response to the cost of living crisis, the store have also recently rejigged their menu, bringing down the price of their sandwiches, and making them smaller which has massively reduced food waste. They also offer very tasty vegan sandwiches and soup.
