With 25-years of experience under his belt, Stéphane Cerisier is Head Chef at the Great Northern Hotel. Born and schooled in France, his signature style is rooted in understated but quality cooking. It makes him a perfect fit for the relaxed and refined dining experience.
Enjoy baked St Marcellin with truffle honey for starters, seared cod or chateaubriand for mains, and for desserts indulge in our cheese trolley or ile flotante. The finale can take place in Little Bar with a generous menu of digesifs, cocktails and wine.
