Designed by Morris+Company Architects, this award-winning building in two halves is on Handyside Street behind Central Saint Martins. R7 stands out from its surroundings due to its two-tone pink façade. The building features shared spaces to encourage collaboration and community, including a 6,000 sq ft communal roof terrace.

The ground floor is public, and visitors are welcome to explore the awe-inspiring lobby. The 7m tall atrium cuts up through the centre of the building and features Zanzibar, by Celine Condorelli. From here, visitors can access the three-screen Everyman Cinema, Happy Face pizzeria and underground cocktail bar, SUPERMAX.

R7 is perfectly positioned at London’s main transport hub, with all the amenities of vibrant King’s Cross on your doorstep.

The upper office levels have highly flexible floorplates. These can be sub-divided into a variety of smaller or larger areas with the ability to link floors vertically via internal stairs. Each floor will have at least one terrace, with a large, shared roof terrace on the ninth floor. A basement ‘cycle spa’ provides 260 bike spaces, changing rooms and showers.
