You can go ‘straight up’ and have a classic cheese, or add a little more pizzazz to your grilled cheese with roasted mushroom and truffle or nduja and red pepper.
The laid-back spot also offers a Korean bbq bun, burgers and rotisserie-style chicken. Drinks-wise, there’s a selection of cold press juices, excellent coffee, and beers, wines and cocktails if you fancy something a little stronger.
Low-lit and cosy, tucked under the brick arches of Coal Drops Yard, you can perch at one of the stools along the bar or sink into a deep armchair if you’re planning to linger a while.
