Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse is passionate about chocolate and approaches making it with the same attention to detail as he brings to his restaurants. His team of chocolate experts hand-select only the finest beans and ingredients to craft the chocolate from scratch.
It took Ducasse over five years to develop his chocolate and every piece is produced on-site in his workshop in a cobbled Parisian courtyard using vintage confectionery machines.
