The all-day eatery serves up zingy salads, poke bowls, curries, pasta and burgers with ingredients that span continents. Classics include Bill’s coconut curry, with brown rice, choi sum and holy basil, and toasted ‘dusty knuckle’ sourdough with avocado, lime, coriander and a poached egg.
The 86-seater restaurant is located on Pancras Square, just moments away from the stations. The entire restaurant is glass-fronted, adding to the good-time sunshine vibes. The design is minimal with a very slight nod to the post-war Italian bars of Melbourne, lending a retro air to the space. Choose one of the four-cover tables at the windows or perch on one of the counter stools around the central bar.
If it’s warm, the outdoor seats on the pretty piazza fill up quickly.
