Our ambition is that King’s Cross is the best-managed estate in the UK. A place that is clean and safe at all hours of the day and night. A place that all people will want to visit and enjoy.

The King’s Cross estate is owned by the King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership. The public areas and many of the buildings are managed and maintained by a specialist team – King’s Cross Estate Services. This enthusiastic and dedicated team is committed to keeping King’s Cross clean, well-maintained, well-lit and secure at all hours of the day and night. The team respond quickly to any issues or concerns and are also be involved in organising and managing events and activities.

One of the group’s main priorities is to establish a relationship with the people who live, own property and run businesses here. The team also works with the wider King’s Cross community including the local councils and transport authorities at the different stations. Lost property

If you lost or left your belongings on a train, bus or at a railway station click here to go through to TfL’s lost property form.

Facial Recognition Technology

The King’s Cross Estate does not currently use any form of facial recognition technology and has no future plans to introduce it.

CCTV, Filming & Photography

When you visit King’s Cross, which includes: Granary Square, Handyside Gardens and Lewis Cubitt Park, St Pancras Square and Gasholder as well as all access roads and public pathways serving the site, (altogether, the “King’s Cross Estate”), your image may be captured by CCTV.

The information captured is used for maintaining the safety of visitors, security of property and premises and for preventing and investigating crime.

When you visit King’s Cross Estate, your image may be captured by our appointed photographer or videographer. These photographs and videos are used by us for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes.

We collect statistical information on the footfall (visits) to the King’s Cross Estate. Data is collected from footfall counters or CCTV images but only statistical data is collected on the number of visits, not the personal data of visitors.
