Services at Cubitts

3D virtual try-on service: This helps you pick the right style and frame for your face as you  choose from their wide selection of beautiful glasses and sunglasses.

Extended eye exams: these are available in-store. They don’t just check your prescription, they are looking for any slight changes in your eye health.

Repairs: within two years of purchase, any product fault falls under the warranty. Outside of that, they offer three levels of repair £25, £50 and £75 depending on the complexity.

Forever frames: you are always welcome to drop by for a quick polish and adjustment, on Cubitts, to ensure they once again fit perfectly.

Sustainability

Recently certified as a B-Corp, Cubitts have taken several measures to make sure your shades are as eco-friendly as they can be.

Alongside their instore repair service, which keeps your frames fighting fit, the brand recently launched a frame donation service, Cubitts Anew, which allows customers to donate frames they no longer use back to stores to be re-polished, restored and resold (at a discount), improving circularity.

All the cleaning cloths that Cubitts sell online and in store are sold for charity, including their Coal Drops Yard cloth (designed by the store’s team), all proceeds of which go to Action Aid.

Reasons to love Cubitts

They are handmade: in the traditional way. Each pair of glasses goes through fifty crafted stages of production over a period of six weeks, including four separate stages of polishing to ensure a glorious lustre to the finished frame.

Don’t miss out on the exclusive Coal Drops Yard Collection, inspired by influential figures from King’s Cross history – from the lunettes of the Kings Cross windows to the spears of Boudica and her army (rumoured to be buried underneath Kings Cross station).
