There are a total of four burgers to choose from that you order at-counter, fast-food style. Alongside the usual suspects of cheeseburgers and buttermilk chicken (that all come with a dollop of their signature goop sauce), there’s a a special monthly ‘guest’ burger. All four burgers come with their vegan counterparts, swapping bac’n for bacon, and cheeze for cheese.
Sides are in a league of their own, with mac balls, super slaw, dirty fries, firecracker chicken wings, and dipping gravy – yep, that’s gravy for you to dip your burger into. So wrong, it’s right.
There are 20 craft beers on tap, plus hundreds of cans in the fridges. Known for working with some of London’s most interesting indie brewers, there are always new collaborations in the pipeline – check the wall for the latest lineup.
The Kings Cross store has a cracking corner location on York Way with floor-to-ceiling glass walls and cool neons. Inside, there are counter seats for a quick bite, tables if you’re staying a little longer, and a small but perfectly formed terrace outside.
