Goes POP!

Head down to Lewis Cubitt Square on the 16 September 12-6pm, for a star-studded art fair with a stellar line-up of over 120 artists. This year’s theme is POP!, celebrating all things popular culture and asking what it means to artists today.

Be an art collector for the afternoon and get your hands on some amazing artworks, all for record low prices. Plus, enjoy live acts, DJs and performances, as well as pop-up bars and food. The online version of the event will run 22 September – 1 October. Get your tickets here.

The Autumn 2023 line-up includes major international talents Bob & Roberta Smith, Jeremy Deller, Geraldine Swayne, Rankin, Hayden Kays, Sara Pope, Charming Baker, Mat Collishaw, Marcus Harvey, Pure Evil, Susie Hamilton, Trolley Books, Amelia Troubridge, Carrie Reichardt, Ben Eine, Juno Calypso, Mr Bingo, DR D and Anthony Burrill and many punky upstarts and sizzling new stars…with a few big surprise appearances yet to be announced.

Enjoy a frantically fun afternoon

As well as bagging an incredible bargain, there’ll be plenty for visitors to do, such as portrait-making with the ever-popular Renaissance Selfies, Rankin live, portraitist extraordinaire Wilfred Woods, Mr Bingo and the Misfortune Teller.

There will also be live printing and life drawing with London Drawing, plus games, raffles and the ever popular sell-out Secret Art Casino.

And don’t forget to check out the bars, grab some food, enjoy the DJ’s and watch the idiosyncratic and scintillating performances on the stage!

If you can’t make it to the live event, artists will also be selling works online at reduced rates.

The online event runs from 12pm on Friday 22 September until midnight on Sunday 1 October.

The Art Car Boot Fair is hosted for the third time on the beautiful Lewis Cubitt Square in the heart of the award-winning King’s Cross neighbourhood.

Visitors can come and go as they please and make a day of it, taking in all the fabulous independent retailers, restaurants and bars in the area or just go for a dreamy afternoon stroll along the canal.
